At Jesus Follower Co., we’re committed to delivering meaningful fashion with purpose — and that includes keeping you informed every step of the way.

Order Processing & Pre-Orders
All of our products are made with care, and many are offered on a pre-order basis. This means your item is created once your order is placed.

* Processing Time: Orders typically take 7–12 business days to process before shipping.
* Pre-Orders: Please allow 7–16 business days for production prior to shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer standard shipping across the U.S., with rates calculated at checkout.

* Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
* International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at jesusfollowercompany@gmail and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Jesus Follower Co. is not responsible for stolen or misplaced shipments.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
